When Cyclone Tracy hit Darwin on Christmas Day 1974, A65-104 on the ground was damaged beyond repair and consequently written off. The reason for it's oddity inclusion is the humorous sign that some wag taped to the rear fuselage (see the closeup below) images Olwyn Shay via Facebook.
